A salesperson in your WhatsApp who knows your catalog

Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store, scan a QR code and you're done. It answers questions, recommends products and sends the checkout link — talking only about what you actually have.

This is a sale the bot closed while you were away.

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • WhatsApp
  • Understands voice notes
  • Reads product photos
  • One link with the whole cart
  • Catalog refreshed every 6 hours
  • Spanish and English

It takes an afternoon to get going

  1. Connect your store

Paste your Shopify or WooCommerce store URL. Kompry reads your whole catalog —titles, prices, sizes, stock— and reads it again every six hours, so it never offers something you no longer have.

  2. Scan a QR code

From your store's WhatsApp, just like opening WhatsApp Web. No new number, and no need to change the one your customers already use.

  3. Turn the bot on

One switch in your dashboard. From then on it answers on its own. When you want it to stop, it's the same switch.

It doesn't make up products

It's the reasonable fear of anyone who lets a bot talk to their customers. Kompry can't make things up because it doesn't answer from memory: every reply comes from a search in the catalog it just read from your store.

  • If it's not in your store, it says so. It doesn't improvise a substitute or promise it arrives next week.
  • If a size is sold out, it says so and offers another one it did find.
  • It builds the checkout link with the ID of the variant the customer chose, so it lands on your store's checkout with the cart already loaded.
  • It never promises discounts, delivery times or terms you haven't written.

It understands how people really write

Nobody writes on WhatsApp like they fill in a form. The bot is built for that.

Voice notes
Lots of people would rather send a voice note than type. The bot listens and replies as if it were text.
Photos
If they send a photo of a product, it reads it and looks for it in your catalog. If it's a payment receipt, it doesn't confirm it: it lets you know.
Split messages
When someone writes in five messages in a row, it waits for them to finish and answers once, not five times.
Several products, one link
If the customer takes three things, it builds a single link with the whole cart instead of sending three separate links.
Locations
If they share their location on WhatsApp, it saves it as a reference for the shipping address.
Your tone and your rules
You give it a name, a tone, business hours, a shipping policy and any rules you want. That goes into every conversation.

It's still your WhatsApp

The bot answers, but it doesn't take over the conversation. You step in and out whenever you want, from the same chat.

Step in whenever you want

Type /humano in that chat and the bot goes quiet there for four hours, only in that conversation. When you're done, /bot and it's back. The customer never sees the command.

It steps aside when it should

If the customer asks for a person, or the case goes beyond selling —a complaint, an order that didn't arrive, a failed payment— the bot stops replying and leaves you an alert.

It doesn't confirm payments

If someone sends a receipt, the bot doesn't say everything's fine. It hands it to you, because you're the one who can check it.

It tells you what people ask for

Every time someone looks for something you don't carry, it gets logged. It's the list of what you could be selling and aren't.

It costs less than an hour of answering

No commitment. Turn it off and you stop paying.

No. You connect the same WhatsApp you already use with your customers by scanning a QR code, like opening WhatsApp Web. No paperwork with Meta and no new number for your customers to learn.

Yes, it's your usual number. Type /humano in any chat and the bot goes quiet there for four hours so you can take over; /bot brings it back. Your customer doesn't see those commands.

It doesn't answer from memory: every reply comes from a search in the catalog it read from your store, and the checkout link is built with the ID of the variant the customer chose. If something isn't there, it says so instead of improvising.

None. Kompry reads your Shopify or WooCommerce store's public catalog, the same one any visitor sees. It doesn't ask for admin keys or access to your orders or customers.

It never touches the money. It sends a link to your own store's checkout with the cart already loaded, and the payment goes through your Shopify or WooCommerce as always. If someone sends it a receipt, it doesn't confirm it: it lets you know.

Yes. Kompry works with Shopify and WooCommerce: you pick your platform when you connect the store and it reads your catalog the same way on both. On WooCommerce you need version 10.0 or newer, which is the one that can send a checkout link with the cart already loaded.

It says so honestly and logs it in your dashboard. Over time you get the list of what people ask for and you don't sell, which is often the most useful part.

Kompry connects the way WhatsApp Web does and only replies to conversations your customer starts: it doesn't send bulk messages or write to people who didn't write to you first, which is what WhatsApp penalizes. Still, it's your business number: you can turn the bot off from the dashboard anytime.

The one you set. If you serve customers in English, it replies in English and understands them even when they write casually.

Your customers are already writing to you. Let someone answer.

Connect your store, scan the QR code, and this very afternoon your WhatsApp is answering with your catalog.
